A designer reviews your answers and calls to confirm a few details and lock in your on-site visit. From a 725 number.
We come out, measure, and look at access, layout and grading — then talk honestly about what your space can support and what it costs.
A full 3D rendering of your yard before anything is built, material selections, and a written scope with the work itemised. HOA paperwork prepared for you.
Reinforced gunite shell, bond-beam construction, brick coping standard — with our own landscape and patio-cover crews instead of subcontractors.
Most custom pools in the valley land between $80,000 and $150,000. Spools and cocktail pools start around $45,000. A complete backyard built as one project generally starts around $150,000. Those are planning ranges — the real number depends on size, depth, access, grading, finishes and features. You'll get a detailed written scope before any decisions are made.
A designer comes to your home, walks the space, takes measurements, and listens to what you're picturing. Relaxed conversation, no hard sell. You'll leave knowing exactly what's possible and what comes next. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Yes. Share your range upfront and we'll shape the design and materials around it. We'd rather get you a great result inside your budget than overpromise and renegotiate later.
We prepare simplified HOA plans for you to sign and submit — committees respond better to homeowners than to contractors. HOA plans are deliberately different from construction plans. Approval timing is up to your association.
Typically two to four weeks from contract signing, or two to four weeks after HOA approval if your community requires it. Engineering usually takes one to two weeks, and permitting adds time that varies by jurisdiction.
We don't lend money ourselves. We work with two independent lenders who specialise in pool and home-improvement lending, and pre-qualification is usually a soft credit pull. Define the design and scope first, then finance the approved amount — that way the borrowed number and the build number match.
Modern Elite Pools designs and manages your project; construction is performed by GreenCare Designs, LLC — the same licensed Nevada contractor, same crews, same address, building here since 1989. One company, one set of licenses, two names.
